Returns + Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will be accepted on full-price merchandise if we are emailed within 5 business days of you receiving your order (according to tracking code). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused, new condition and in it's original packaging. 

Any sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.  Sale items are eligible for an exchange if bow is destroyed by mail services or if bow is discovered to not meet quality control by the owner of Sew Nizhoni.
