Below are some questions we've received and thought it would be helpful for you if we are closed or unable to get back to you promptly.  

How long is processing and shipping after I order? 

On collection release week, shipping and processing times will take longer due to the volume of orders.  Orders will take up to 7-10 business days to ship your order. If you need your order expedited, please contact us at sewnizhoni@gmail.com and I will try my best to work my ‘Navajo Magic’.

During other shopping times,  shipping and processing time is 3-5 business days.  If I am unable to make this time, I will contact you by email.   

Who makes the hair bows? 

Our hair bows are handmade by seamstresses across the US.  We work diligently to make sure all bows are consistent and are the best of the best.  If you feel you hair bow does not meet to your standards, please feel free to contact us at info@sewnizhoni.com.

Do you offer colored nylon headbands?

What type of clips are put on bows?  

Sew Nizhoni offers 2 types of clips.  By default, Sew Nizhoni will put a smooth, single prong alligator clip and will finish with a silicone slip grip.  For more information on the clips Sew Nizhoni offers, please click here.

Do you have any brand enthusiasts for your shop? 

Every 3 months, Sew Nizhoni opens up a search to find mommas that are willing to take photos of their little ones wearing our product.
